How easy is installation?
About 5 minutes, no tools and no plumber. The shower filter threads onto standard ½-inch arms; the tap filter clips onto most standard kitchen taps using the included adapters.
What's included in the 3 / 6 / 12-month options?
Every option is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. 3 months = the filter with one cartridge fitted. 6 months = the filter plus two cartridges (one fitted, one spare). 12 months = the filter plus four cartridges (one fitted, three spare). The exact contents, prices and savings are listed on each product page.
How often do I replace the cartridge?
The shower cartridge is rated for around 20,000 L — roughly 3 months for a typical family household (lighter use stretches it further). The tap cartridge is rated for around 1,000 L — and the built-in display tracks its life and shows when it's time.
Does the tap filter's display need batteries?
No. The smart display runs on the water flow itself — a built-in hydropower propeller generates its own power as you use the tap. Nothing to charge, nothing to replace.
What does it actually remove?
Up to 98% of free chlorine (based on supplier testing — real-world results vary with water chemistry, temperature, flow rate and cartridge age), plus sediment. We're honest that it's less effective on chloramine, and we don't make health claims for the mineral media or removal claims for fluoride, PFAS or heavy metals without product-specific testing.
